Is there a way for the system to show events in different colors. Hear me out.

One color for jobs that are deliveries for the day
One color for customer pickups for the day
One color for carry over events(multi day jobs)
One color for customer drop offs
One color for jobs we need to pick up

I want this to show on my main calendar.

Developers have advised not currently. It may be confusing to use color for that because in our system color always indicates the status. As a workaround, you could edit the template for the calendar to show something in the text to make it more clear.

I had this with my previous company and it was much simpler. Maybe let us the user chose how we want the colors to play out?

Just a thought to do both.

Add a C to the event/lead for confirmed
C with a line through it for contracted
$ for paid
Q for quote
Etc

You could just create each of the statuses and move your lead through them either manually or with automations.
