Please downgrade my inventory back to ten items. I have reached out two separate times now and it is really starting to get frustrating not getting any help from the help team.

They won't downgrade you to a free plan after having been on a paid plan. The paid plan is an introductory offer.

I never had a free plan. I just dont need that many inventory items.

"free" plan is in reference to the inventory cost not your total bill. You may have been paying $39 in the past when you had 10 items before. That $39 is for the website, not your inventory count. So once you left the 10 item plan and added even 1, there is no going back to it. Its an attraction offer, not a pricing tier.

Oh, thank you. I thought it was like a basic tier. Thank you for clarifying. Do you know if they have like a off season plan?

They don't. Not with their basic inventory count. If you have the workers module, you can turn that off and on but that's about it.
