Google Calendar Sync Issue

I'm setting up my google calendar to have a more advance view of my leads. I have 6 calendars. Installation, removal, staffed, self-service, customer Pickup and Customer Return. For installation and removal I have the event times set to setup start and setup end vs tear down start and tear down end respectively. Sometimes this works as intended but other times it uses the window instead of the actual setup/teardown times. Hope this video helps explain it more visually

It looks like the setup start and end and teardown start and end are going off of the Windows instead of the setup/teardown times.

On one that doesn't appear to be working, can you do an edit/save, wait till it syncs, and then see if it is correct? I'm wondering if it is originally going in with the window and later when you define more, it just isn't being triggered to sync.
