I probably asked this before, but I still just can't grasp why timeclock punches don't show under shifts. Hope this video helps. Just looking for an explanation more than submitting a ticket.

Here is what our developer advised:
Yes, since the timeclock was associated with multiple shifts it didn’t have a specific shift id and instead had a group shift id. The group shift id was not being looked at the pull timeclocks on shift pages, but I changed it so now it is. Now this shift https://rental.software/account/#/settings/shifts/shift,6509075 shows the timeclock from that day.
