Attached below is the photo of the emails I’d like to have sent out three days before, a day before and a thank you / follow up from their event. Please let me know how this could be done and if you need any more specifications.

Create filters for leads that match the occasion you want them to send. And then build an automation for each.

There is currently a "Customer - Thank You" email that will send out 1 day after the lead goes into Complete status. This can be used to send the Google Reviews link.
For the event reminder email 1 and 3 days before the event. Are you wanting this to go out only for Confirmed status leads?
