Attach W-9 to contract

Our standard procedure for 25 years, has always been to attach a PDF of our ride checklist ( I can recreate this in HTML if needed ) AND our W-9 for the year, as we do mostly municipal and corporate clients.
Is there a way I can at least add the w-9 to the contract?
I am open to suggestions, even it gets sent separately, but hopefully automated in IO as well.

You can create a link to the form by adding the form as an attachment to a lead or in the inventory settings. Once you add as an attachment and save, you can click the "File" icon. This will open the form in a new tab where you can copy the URL link for future use.

We can either create a link to the forms in the contract OR add the links to the contract email template. It would be your preference however yes a link can be created for those attachments.
