We purchased a couple of domain names and want them to point to our existing website IO website. How do I do that?

I'm not sure where you purchased the new domains from, so I can't lookup up a specific article. However, your domain host for the new domains should be able to redirect the domain to a new one.

They came from namecheap

My url on my landing pages are too long fo the redirect to work. For instance https://jumpnjitterbugs.com/bounce-house-party-rentals-in-aiken-sc/ only gets to the I in Aiken. Is there a way to shorten the url? I would need it for a couple of my landing pages

On those pages, you can click Edit Post, then edit on the permalink if you want to change the URLs.
