People Are Getting Inflatable Quotes For Inflatables That Are Already Quoted

Hello,
I had a quote come through this weekend for a waterslide for the 4th of July but that inflatable has been booked out for a month.
Why was the person able to get a quote for an inflatable that has been unavailable for that date for a month?

The customer was still able to get a quote for it though. Is there a way for the system to not let them create the quote if the inflatable is unavailable.

We had a customer who was able to do it. They put in the quote last night even thought that inflatable was already booked. The quote went all the way through and we got an email about it.

I've been testing and the only way I can come up with is that possibly the customer had another date entered that showed it available, they added it and then possibly changed the date after it was already selected.

After the changed the date to the date to the one were it was available the system should have stopped them from finishing the quote

The item was available originally when the customer started the quote and then they made changes before submitting it. If they then went on to proceed with the booking they would be stopped then and not able to autobook.

I've undeleted that lead so it can be reviewed further but I have a ticket in with our developers to look into this further and will advise when we have an update.

For this one 48026385 it looks like it was created 7/3/25 at 5:27 PM and available but then lead 47467233 was moved to contracted on 7/3/25 at 5:36 PM creating the conflict once it's reserving the equipment on 47467233.

That's correct, the equipment isn't held or reserved until contracted or confirmed. Although you did have 47467233 in hold status which should reserve items so I'm still having developers take a deeper look into this and will advise when we have an update.
