Having trouble with leads

Whenver I create a lead and add a packaged item (Like 1 table with 6 chairs for $12) It asks me if i want to charge for the chairs separately. How come ?

It could have been just a from an autosave, I'm not able to replicate this.

Ok , it just does this often and it confuses me because im not sure if i actually need to charging more to the customer or if it was just a mistake

I'm thinking that it also has to possibly do to the way the set up is for this package, instead of having the table/chair package, it should just be 5 tables and 30 chairs as accessories, there are to many layers that could be causing this as well.

But if i do the chairs as an accessory won't it give the customer the option to not get the chairs ?
