Mileage error when booking

I just launched the website today with IO. I also did a call with the team. Joe set my mileage to be very simple. First 15 miles free anything additional, $10 flat rate charge. I have a customer that tried to book and can not pay the minimum deposit.
On the attachment, I tried to Crete an order for my house, the same as the warehouse address and I get an error that it is out of the delivery location. Not sure how I fix this. I have been looking answers for the last hour.

Under your distance charges on the top of the page you show you are restricting by state....but I don't see any states listed. You can uncheck this and only restrict by distance and it should work the way you wanted
