High Wind Alert Text

I have an issue with the wind alert, on Saturday June 21st a wind alter was sent to Pier 6 Seafood & Oyster House #45061615.
The email is the message we setup in General preferences that was correct. (Hello. This is Throne Ranger, your mobile restroom rental company. High winds have been observed in your area. For your safety, please retract the awning if it is deployed. If you have any questions text or call 713-747-0505).
The text was the default message( High wind has been detected near your event location.For your safety please turn off all equipment immediately. https://evto.io/WicCXD Reply STOP to opt-out of Throne Ranger texts) that doesn't make sense for our business. How do we change that?

Ok if you can't change it can you disable the text. Also, I see texts and emails to call the contacts for that lead but I don't see a phone call is that something you do not do now or is it something I can't see?

If you are using IO Phone, the call to the customer will appear from your IO Phone number, otherwise, we use a generic number. The content of the call and email can be modified under Settings -> General Preferences.
