How do I add the autobook feature?

We are getting confused about who is requesting a quote and who is actually wanting to book. How can I add something like "BOOK NOW" to the quote page?

The Delivery Method in your account is set to not allow autobooking. Our latest customer interface has a more obvious "book now" button.
