Setting up workers app for employees

Im trying to have my employees sign in through the workers app but I cant seem to figure it out , could I get some help please

The information that they use to login would be the same as their IO login - their case-sensitive username and password.

ok great i get that but i guess what im trying to ask is how do i get them to clocl in ? WIll the workers app track there clock in and clock out time ?

I followed the instructions but my workers app doesn’t have the clock in time like it shows on the forum

/you would need to make sure the worker is assigned to a shift from a lead.
