InflatableOffice does have routing capabilities under Logistics-->Delivery Planner.

Please take a look at our articles HERE for more information on the delivery planner.

Yes your platform does have routing capabilities but it cant be emailed to the worker for them to use google maps to follow directions. Instead you have to follow paper directions and it’s harder for my guys. Unless I’m totally wrong and just need to learn how to use it.

If you had the workers module, the drivers would be able to log into the worker's site, pull up their routed shift and pull up google maps from the site.

The delivery planner on here worked great for me last year, but lately it's been glitchy. Some of my leads aren't showing up on the planner so if I went by that people wouldn't get their items. I don't have any suggestions other than to say I'm following along to see if anyone chimes in with other free/affordable options!

This can happen if the leads are not in a status that is set to show on the delivery planner/routing. By default leads in Contracted, Confirmed, or Complete status will show on the delivery planner.

Is there somewhere to adjust the settings so it's pulling all contracted & confirmed leads? Even if it was default could it have been messed up accidently?

If it works and shows all leads and can also autoload them, that would be great to use it again and then I'd highly recommend it to the Original Poster. Mine haven't been working lately and even contracted events aren't pulling over. When it did work it was great to be able to drag and move things around in the delivery planner and get things set!!

This can be done by going to Settings-->Lead Statuses. You would want to make sure "Send Leads in this Status to be Routed" is checked.

I took a look at your contracted and confirmed leads, this setting is turned on.

Do you have lead # examples we can take a look at to see if there is another setting that may have caused the lead to not be in the delivery planner?

Ok so look at this Saturday. I show 7 on the map which is perfect, but only 4 under the left column. Now for the pickups, if I hover over then I have a bar to scroll but for the dropoffs there isn't a way to scroll down.

The second screenshot shows what it looks like after I click auto-load, not everything comes over. However, at this point I can now scroll the left column.

It's just super glitchy. I'm not the Original Poster, but I get why they're looking for other options. Although, again, last year this wasn't glitchy and worked for us!

Take a look at your set up times on each lead...one that I looked up said the set up time was 18 hours. You will want to go to the inventory items and be sure you have these times set up right (set up and tear down). Remember if a person is renting 5 of an item it's going to be 5 times the amount of time you have listed here
