Issues with the Contract Trying to Update Too Often!

Hello! Even if I recharge a card the system is asking if I want to update or ignore the contract changes. It never did this in the past. I feel like I have to have some setting wrong. Any advice?
I wish there was a way to shut off contract updates unless I manually choose to. Is that possible?
