I wanted to reach out to see how I would go about getting a branded domain through IO? How would I do it?

You can request a custom email address to be created by going to Settings-->Subscriptions-->Email Mailbox.

Once you click "Add for $5/mo per mailbox" our developers will work to create the email address for you and advise once it is complete and ready to use.
