This is because the Lucky Combo is set up to show accessories as their own separate rental unit. In order for this item to display, you will need to add the banner. If this is for the plain unit, you would select the "Lucky" banner.
To add the banner to the existing lead, click the 3 dots/lines next to the rental name and you will see the linked accessories listed on the left side to choose from:
