If I create a venue (say a park) and a customer puts in for delivery at that address will it automatically input the venue? Or will it give me a pop up saying update venue?

Thinking of doing a lot of work putting in venues and finding out if stakes are allowed and if there is power is available. I’ve done a few and added the map in the attachments as well. Just don’t want to do too much if it is not worth it.

I am also seeing a lot of duplicate venues for schools currently. But I am not seeing a venue merge tool like we have for customer merge.

Is this feature something coming soon?

As far as the merge, you can delete 1. When you do, it will all you to replace the leads with a new venue or not. You just select the one you want to keep and it's done.

I did see that but when they are the same venue saying the same thing wouldn’t a merge tool just be easier?

On my inputted venue I added pictures and notes, how do I know if I delete the right one or not just based on name

Currently, our system does not have the ability to merge venue data like you would customer/organizations. Also, when a customer inputs a venue address, the system will not recognize this as a "match" for your saved venue and carry over attachments. I will put a request in for this feature, and will update you with what can be done or what our developers advise. Thank you!
