The only thing we have is the minimum booking per hour.

Seems like in 2025 we could have that feature??? I've seen lots of people ask for it.....

Please put that in the requested features area. Limiting how many bookings by the hour really isn't an answer for this.....

Does this restrict how many events can be booked for a certain day or how many can process a booking for a single day?

Last question, will a customer still be able to submit a quote? I have auto booking on but would still like a customer to submit a quote to see if I can fit them in.

Yes if you have this restricted to bookings they could still get a quote and then if they want to book you would have to send out the contract to override
