Automation - Change "other" quotes to X if customer has contracted, etc..

Before I spend too much time trying to build this from scratch, has anyone already set up an automation that updates the status of other quotes when a customer selects one?

For example, if Customer A receives three quotes for the same event: Quote 1, Quote 2, and Quote 3. They proceed with Quote 2 (contracted), the system would automatically update Quote 1 and Quote 3 to a specific status (e.g., "Archived," "Inactive").

No, we wouldn't have a way to do this. You could only change status after so long after create date or after the status changed ...not a way to filter the way you are wanting

My goal is to send targeted follow ups emails but I need to exclude this situation. Any recommendations other than manually changing the other quotes?

On follow up emails, if they are automations, could you do 1x per customer instead of 1x per lead?
