What is "Count" column in reports?

I think ita lead count. And it's claimed by whatever column is grouped.

Thank you. The count column would not work for an inventory report here. Lead count is the number of items in the lead?

It would depend on how you are grouping columns in a leads type report.  
If you made a leads type report that has rental names listed and grouped, the count would be how many times that rental is added to various leads. 
If you grouped the report by something like...
