Assigning Tasks

Right now when I go to create a task for a team member to address in the CRM, it brings up everyone that is on our employee roster, also brings up the trucks. Is there a way to filter that down to only the people that work in the office or use the CRM?

It looks like some of your trucks are listed as worker profiles rather than simply as vehicles in Settings-->Vehicles. This is one reason you are seeing the trucks listed in this dropdown.

Ahh. I never dabble in that part so I cleaned the trucks as workers part up.

Our developers advised the workers listed that can be assigned may not have permissions to CRM or tasks, but email and calendar reminders can be assigned to them.
At this time, it would be best to use the search function to type in the name of the employee you would like to assign the task to. As all other workers will be listed in case email/calendar reminders need to be assigned.
