Damage Waiver Not Applying
Answered
Even after setting up the damage waiver and "checking" it on the quote, it is not adding as a fee/applying to the total

I have this fixed. But I would like to verify, should the fee be applied on your checkout page by the customer as well?

I would love to be able for it to be automatically applied to all orders but let the client have the ability to "unselect it" if they want to remove it on their end!

Hello,
We have added the checkbox to your checkout page. The box is automatically checked and will allow for your customers to deselect if needed.
Please let us know if you need anything else.
Thank you!

Hi, can I get this done for my site also? I'm having the same issue where I check the waiver box but it doesn't get applied.

I just noticed that I am also having this issue. I would like to have the damage wavier apply to the quote, but also have the customer have the option to add it when getting their quote and booking.

This optional field is now working for you, Eric. In many cases, going to the Damage Waiver Filter and removing then re-adding the "Accidental Damage Waiver" + "is checked" has fixed these issues.
