Description of the Issue:

Dear Inflatable Office Support Team,

We have encountered several critical issues on our website that need immediate attention. Despite our efforts to troubleshoot these problems internally, we have been unable to resolve them. Below is a detailed description of the issues:

1.Missing Page:

Issue: Our dedicated page for “Bounce House with Slide” is no longer accessible on the website. This page has disappeared without any changes or updates from our side.

Impact: This is a significant part of our inventory, and its absence is affecting our customer’s ability to view and book these products.

2.Missing Display Picture:

Issue: The main display picture for our “18 Ft Waterslide” is not appearing on the website. The image is correctly uploaded in our inventory management system and shows up there, but it does not display on the public-facing website.

Impact: This issue is causing confusion and a lack of visual information for potential customers, which could affect bookings.

3.Display Pricing Error:

Issue: On our product pages, the pricing for rentals is incorrectly displayed. Specifically, the 6-hour rental price is showing up twice instead of displaying the options for 6 hours, 8 hours, 1 day, and 3 days. This occurred on 4/22/2025.

Impact: This error in pricing display could mislead customers and affect their booking decisions.

Troubleshooting Performed:

•I have verified that all images and pages were properly set up in our inventory and page management sections.

•No recent changes were made to the backend that could have caused these issues.

•Checked and re-uploaded images and tried clearing cache without success.

Request:

Your username had been changed in the plugin settings, which caused the site to not sync correctly. This includes issues with images, and pricing.

You had renamed the "Bounce House with Slide” page, so the URL in the menu was wrong in addition to not syncing correctly. I've fixed this as well.

thanks Christina, i see the fixes. i still have that issue on the price product page with the duplicate 6hr times.

It looks like that was your "live" price (being pulled from cart times). We can turn that off

This was from a delivery method price. It's been removed, and won't display now.
