We do have the ability on the workers profile in the software. Let me see if the developers can add those to the workers site profile as well for the workers to fill out

The development of the workers app will replace the workers site. As such, we are not updating it anymore. Instead we are moving things from there to the app. Allowing them to complete optional fields in their profile will be something that we would put in the app.
