I can type in the fields in my lead page, but it will not save.

I am going to the customer tab. and clicking new customer. I fill in the information, and it will not save

I am not able to reproduce this.
1. I went to Customers at the top.
2. I clicked New Customer at the bottom-right
3. I typed in a phone number and a name
4. Clicked save and it worked.
Are these the steps you took? If so, email the information you are typing in so I can test it.
