Good evening,

I would like my popup to not make the entire page go dark i would like it to just come from the right side of the screen. Is that something i can build? Is that something i would have to hire someone to make happen with like a premium web design and IO would have to allow me to make that work.

Yes our web team can assist you with fixing this! I don't see any popups on your websites so let me know once you have this added and to which site and I can put in a ticket.

ok so i have a popup on my website now. i also would like to be able to have my popup not be then entire screen when viewed on mobile. is there a way to fix this?

Hi, you will need to make the components of the popup smaller on mobile.
