Critical Error for Lights Around Website

I keep receiving a critical error message stating that I should have received an email notification, but it’s not appearing in my inbox. What can I do to fix this? I've attached the message.

Your website is now working! It looks like this error was caused by the "WP Code Lite" plugin.
