Hello, I spoke with support over the phone, however, they recommended that I send it in writing for a better explanation of both my issues and their response.

1. On my IO account, I have 2 businesses, Kids Fairyland and Magic Event Rental. This has happened more than 5 times now, where contracts get mixed up or I don’t know why, but when I try to send a quote to a Kids Fairyland client, it shows the Magic Event template and page instead. Can you check how many times I have responded to the same ticket, as this problem is constant? THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING!


2. Your system goes down! At any time and without justification, this happens!

3. This is a question: How can I make the images of my products or services appear in the pack list? For example, in the contract, I can see the images of the services the client has booked. I want the same for the pack list, so that the photo of each item shows up.


"By email, they informed me of an increase in their fees, but their service keeps getting worse! The increase they want to make is not justified at all! I need an explanation regarding that as well!

I have added images of your inventory items to your packing list.

We would need lead #'s where they are getting incorrect contracts and quotes so that we can see what has happened.

When your system does this and says Service Unavailable we would need you to send in and email ASAP so that we can let a WebTeam member know and get this fixed ASAP.

I can let your sales rep know that you are not happy with the communication about the fees and have them reach out to you.
