sales tax reports through square

why if I am using square as my method to accept payments when i login to their website they dont show that im collecting taxes? I called them and they said I am setup as taxable and that it must be an issue with my website or we developer? how do people using square get their sales tax report

Yes I need help. When I checked square it does show the taxes that was taken out. We are trying to file our taxes.
