Tax

I clicked “no” for disable sales tax and my sales tax still isn’t showing on quotes or when I create a new lead. Also, when I entered it manually on my new lead, I have it setup to always override other states depending on address but it still generated that state’s sales tax.

Can you please send us a lead# where this isn't working as expected? Thanks

Then this lead 40188243 generates the tax based off where the venue address is even though I have always override checked in settings.

For the first one someone unchecked the tax spot...possibly by mistake. If you re check and recalculate it will fix:

For lead # 40188243 it has MS set as state and you have the override set for AL under tax preferences

Oh so I have to set MS in there too for it override?

Yes, any states you would want to override list there...otherwise if it doesn't match up with the state its going to calculate by the address on the lead
