Where in settings can I change the price per hour I charge for supervising and also add 1 hour on the front and back ends of the event times to calculate the cost for supervising an event. A partial supervision would be half of the full supervision cost and the full supervision would be for the required staff for each unit.

Good morning, you would go to your Settings-->General Preferences and go to Staff and you can change there (see screenshot). Do you mean you want to add an hour to the default start and end time that you have in your delivery method? (see screenshot)

I still just can't seem to get the staffing charges to come our correctly.
I am trying to charge $40/hr per supervisor including the event start and end time and the travel time. I have entered these parameters correctly, assuming that the system is picking up my staffing of only 4 supervisors but six for setup. The computer is calculating $4,920. Since the event is only 4.5 hours (2.5 to supervise the event and another 2 for travel to an from) 4.5 hours for 4 supervisors would be 18 total hours at $40/hr=$720. Why is the calculation $4,920?
