accident / incident log per lead/rental

It seems Insurance company are more strict nowadays. Insurance company requesting to have an accident / incident log. Is there a way to have this in IO.

You can add attachments to your rental log...so you can maybe add an incident report that is taken at the even to your log? But, in the meantime I can request this...especially if this is something that insurance companies are going to start asking for!
