I cannot collect payments over the phone for some reason.
Error Submitting Square Payment Tokenization has failed an unknown error has occurred.

I get this message "this account has not been enabled to take payments" when trying to process through square

Are you able to go to Settings-->Merchant Services-->Square. Try disabling Square and re-enabling and let us know if you are still receiving this error.
