Customer Not Allowed To Book Software Issue

Hello


When the customer tries to book they submit the quote and then push on “Book This Event” on the next page and it just brings them to the page at the screen shot below so they are not able to book online.

Wanted to follow up on this. Seems like this is a regular issue recently with my website that the booking stops working. Is there something specifically causing this?

It’s not fixed I am still not able to completely book. I have tried multiple devices to include mobile and desktop. I have cleared my cache on both.

Us here in support and on are web team are all able to go through your checkout page and expand the section. I was just able to put in a quote through the website as well if you want to look at that example on your leads page. Could you please clear your browser history, close all tabs then try again?

It’s not inputting a quote that works and has been working. It’s after the quote is input and you push “book this event” it will not go any further from there.

This is why I wish IO would do away with the “get a quote” step and just let them book the rental. It’s just an unnecessary step added into the process.

I see you are talking about pulling up the contract after you fill out the checkout page, I thought you were still having issues with the checkout page. I will let you know when our web team has this resolved.

Hi John,

This has been resolved. They let me know that this is breaking due to you editing the event contract page within Elementor. If you need to edit your contract you can do so by going to Settings-->Contract Templates in IO.
