New quotes issues with additional amount it adds.

When creating a new lead it automatically adds the fee for Accidental Damage Waiver. and if I delete this from the quote and adds it back up which doesn't let me remove it giving my customers more then they expected to pay. Please help.

It looks like the incorrect filter was added to your damage waiver fee. I have this fixed.
It also looks like the automatically recalculate box was checked for this fee in Settings-->Promotions&Fees
I have this box unchecked for you, you should now be able to remove the fee after refreshing your page.
