Am I able to edit the training I created? I can't seem to figure out how to edit my existing training?

I have three I created. It doesn't matter, I can't seem to edit any of them.

all of sudden it is showing the boxes to the left and I can edit now

Yes...you have to pull it up on the left side drop down menu...if you just click on it on the right side first you cannot. I have always found that confusing.
