We do not see a record of the email on new quotes going out to customers. Shouldn't it appear on the log?

I see this lead has got a recent quote email 844484. Do yo have an example of one that didn't? Also it is worth noting that if they got several quotes it only sends a recent quote email about their most recent quote. If you deleted their other quotes it may appear like they didn't get one.
