Adding multiple options to single inventory item

How do I add multiple options to a single inventory item? Like if I have a wet/dry inflatable, can I put the option to chose wet or dry when getting a quote or at checkout without adding a separate inventory item?

I'd create an item called choose wet or dry. Put it in the hidden category and add it as a required accessory to those items.
Inside that new item add 2 accessories one wet and one dry. Limit to 1.
Alternatively you can create the dry option and then Add it as a required accessory to the wet item. check the override and hide boxes. Now it's a "package" and you can control the price.
