Double Image on Quotes

Im not sure what we did wrong but it's been like this for years. We have an indoor module Moonbounce that has a unique "Happy Birthday" banner that we don't want to confuse I.O. with our standard module "Happy Birthday" banner.
How do we set up those accessories properly so that we don't have two images displayed on our Quotes/Contracts as shown below:

Proper set ups is dependent on how you did it. I would have made that a "package" then set the accessories to hide using the checkbox.
