Line item not showing properly

On this one the contract is showing zero for the URSULA COCKTAIL - Pink . The total calculation is correct but it's not showing the line item properly.

If you clear the total for the URSULA COCKTAIL - Pink , COC60 and hit update, it will total properly. It appears there is an issue when the items load where it is not putting a default quantity in.
it looks like there has been a bug for a long, long time where the default increment quantity was not being input for unselected options under selected rentals. I've fixed this. The issue with your pricing I believe is because it was not set properly. I noticed that currently the following are still not set:
URSULA COCKTAIL - Black
URSULA COCKTAIL - Orange , COC60
URSULA COCKTAIL - Yellow

I just did that and it's totaling at the bottom, but the line item is not showing on the contract properly. It's shows as $0 and $0.
