preset filter on leads page

Is there a way to make a new Preset/Saved
choose filter Coming Events Delete From QB Sent to QB Flagged Leads Has Balance Due Has Payments Has Credit Is Tax Exempt Payment/Contract Due Schedule View
from the leads page.
We'd like to be able to have it filter by sales rep.

Sorry, you cannot modify a preset filter and save it at this time.
