Upselling an Accessory

I am trying to add a new item Galaxy 20x20 Inflatable Tent as an accessory upselling when renting our mechanical Bull. This item can be rented as an Inventory item and I can't seem to make it an option for an upsell. How do I add this as an optional accessory to the bull rental?

This Galaxy 20x20 has been added as a manufacturer item, you will need to delete this and add it as regular inventory.
