Limiting quotes from customers outside of my delivery area

Many of my competitors have gone out of business and now I am getting calls from schools and civic orgs that are far beyond my delivery service area. I keep looking and looking and can't find the location to prevent those people from booking. Any quick help would be appreciated.

You can do this by going to Settings-->Distance Charges. At the bottom of the page you will see there's options on setting restrictions.
