I'm looking for a report to show items that have not been rented in a specified timeframe.

Yes but it’s does not show item that are rented 0 times for the report period.

Our reports can only pull what has been rented...we don't have a way to filter out what hasn't been rented at this time. This has been requested and is something they may look at in the future.
