inactive preset tips

I watched the tip youtube video. When I go under page/templates I cannot bring up any inactive preset templates, including the ones for tips. how do I get them to show? When I search for them nothing comes up

Click in the search box and choose the preset filter called Inactive. Then search for them.

When I go to Pages/Templates and first click on the filter...Inactive--this is what it comes up with for me

When I click in the box how do I choose the preset filter called inactive? Does it just pop up do I search inactive? When I search an active nothing comes up. The only thing showing for me are the active filters.

Click on the "search" box and the filters should show in the dropdown...choose "inactive"
