Is there an email template I can use to automatically send out to customers a week before their event saying something like 'We have you down for a rental on (date). Can't wait to see you!' Basically let the customer know they are on our radar.

Open all of the automatic ones and find one that sends days before event. Save a copy and change the wording and days.

As Chad stated, you could save as copy another automatic email that goes out days before the event, like the Customer - Event Reminder. You can change the amount of days the email should be sent and change the wording in the email to reflect what you are wanting to say.
