Customer Laura Watts received an automated quote without showing the delivery/setup charge which is activated for The All American moonbounce. Can not determine why her quote did not contain the charge.

It looks like the "bouncer delivery/pickup" option is now required. But it wasn't when the lead was created. I made a save/copy of the lead and the newest one has it.
