New email not working

I'm not sure if this is a Google issue or a IO issue, but I had to set up an email that uses our new domain and the email itself is not working.

I signed up for a google workspace account through Siteground and then added the domain verification and the Google MX record to my IO wordpress settings for the same domain.

When I send emails to this new email (all through the gmail client) I get an error that this user doesn't exist....but yet I'm logged in to this new email and I was able to send an email from it (screenshot attached).


New domain (which is an active IO website) magicjumpersnoco.com

New email is crussell@magicjumpersnoco.com.

We currently have scheduling@magicjumpersllc.com as our IO email that the bookings go to.

Is this IO related and is there a solution?

You would need to contact your email host, SiteGround, about this. I saw you have both siteground's MX records, and a google SMTP record. It's possible that is causing issues.
