If I'm using filters, what should my filter look like to capture any LEADS from 9/2-9/30 for this promo to work properly? Should I be using a "LEAD Create date"? The promotion period should be from today until-9/30/24. The event period can be unlimited.

You're filter should be lead event date is on the fixed range 9/2-9/30.

Or if it doesn't matter when their date is just that they booked during this time then use create date

If the event date period is unlimited, you would use create date->fixed range.

Got it but now how do I EXCLUDE a rental item from said category. IE. Exclude Pirate Revenge & Ballistic Swing ride from Interactive category because it's not an inflatable.

You would create a second filter for the excluded items and add it to the options filter section of the promotion:

I created the filter for you, it is called LaborDay20 Excluded Items:

Make sure you have the rental name correct when adding them to the excluded filter. I have also fixed the All Inflatable Category filter you had created as the lead create date would need to be in a separate group from the categories.
